Children's Programs 1st Saturday Storytime
Saturdays from 10:00-10:45

Can't get to the library for our mid-week storytime? Join us on the first Saturday of the month instead, for an all-ages storytime filled with music, movement, rhymes and stories. The program will be held in the Children's Room at the Scoville Memorial Library.
Children's Programs Saturday Drop-in Crafts
Saturdays from 10:30-3:30

Looking for something to do on a Saturday? Swing by the Children's Room at the Scoville Memorial Library and have fun doing a seasonal craft you can take home. Craft supplies will be available every Saturday from 10:00-3:30.
Children's Programs American Girl St. Patrick's Day Ball
Friday, March 15 3:30-5:00

Come one, come all to the St. Patrick's Day Ball. Dress your doll, and yourself, in something green and come kick up your heels with Garrett Richardson in keeping with the Irish tradition. This party will feature an American Girl Doll Irish/Scottish Parade, an original story, and some Scottish Country Dancing. For girls and boys, ages six and up.
Children's Programs Little Guild of St. Francis
Tuesday, April 16 1:00-2:00

Cornwall animal shelter, The Little Guild of St. Francis, will visit the library to share their love of animals on April 16th from 1:00-2:00. They will speak about how their animals come to the shelter, how they care for them during their stay and the Guild's policy of keeping animals until a home is found for them. Participants will have the opportunity to meet one or two of the shelter's guests.
Children's Programs Movie Matinee
Wednesday, April 17 3:00-5:30

Join us in the Wardell Community Room to watch Peter Jackson's recent film adaptation of "The Hobbit" on our big screen TV. Snacks and drinks will be provided. This program is free and open to the public.
Children's Programs Milk and Cookies Storytime
Thursday, April 18th 7:00-7:30

Put on your pajamas, grab your pillow, bring your favorite stuffed animal and come get ready for bed at the Scoville Memorial Library. At this special storytime we'll read play a few "get-to-bed games," read sleepy-time books, learn lullabies and then top it off with everyone's favorite bedtime treat...milk and cookies. All ages welcome!
Children's Programs "Bored" Game Day
Friday, April 19th 2:00-6:00

Beat the end of spring break boredom! Gather a group of friends or come on your own to play some great classic board games, or bring your own favorite from home. Teens and tweens join the fun! We've got your game with Monopoly Deal, Scrabble Slam and Lawsuit. This is a program the whole family can enjoy.
Children's Programs Earth Day Party
Saturday, April 20th 11:00-3:30

Celebrate Earth Day at the Scoville Memorial Library with a variety of games, crafts and other activities. Come in to the library anytime between 11:00 and 3:30. Program will be held in the Children's Room.
